A Riesling Auslee exclusive to AirNZ!
A full-bodied style with a long, sweet finish, this Riesling has a diverse spectrum of aromas and flavours. Lime, lemon zest, ripe stone fruit along with honey and allspice notes from noble rot affected berries. The palate has crisp acidity typical of Riesling which nicely counterbalances a moderately sweet and oily palate structure.
A versatile wine that could well be paired with spicy dishes, desserts or even be enjoyed on its own.
